In WDSC 7, I replaced eclipse.ini with this one:

-vm
H:\WDSC7.0a\jdk\jre\bin\javaw.exe
-vmargs
-Xint
-Xms40m
-Xmx768m

where H:\WDSC7.0a is one of my two install directories. I also think you
have to restart WDSC with -clean.
