LPEX Editor

Hi *ALL,

in class com.ibm.etools.iseries.core.api.ISeriesMember is a
method open(), witch i can use to open the lpex editor for a
iseries member. When the lpex editor will be opened the
menu item "Compile" appears in the menu and an icon
"Compile" appears in the tool bar.

First question.

Is there a way to suppress the menu item in the menu and
the icon in the tool bar when the lpex editor is opened via the
class above.

Second question.

Is there a way to create my own menu items in the menu
and my own icons in the tool bar when the lpex editor is
opened via the class above.
