Being new, I'm not sure I follow. Is there something generated by the
build function in VS? Any links that would help me get started to learn
what you're referencing?

What tend to do is find the binary in the source file and put those
file(s) in somewhere so it can be executed. That packaging is a PITA for
a console app that you want to automate.
