Hello._______________________________________________
Can I please post the following question.
--------------------------------------------------
We use System21 Aurora 2.3 and have had a request from manufacturing for a report that measures the time it takes from picking an order (using 2/OER) to confirming it.
Identifying confirmation times is the (relatively) easy part. Some of the tables we can use are INP56 & INP57.
The part we are struggling with is identifying and matching the pick notes to the confirmations. This is made more difficult when there are multiple despatch notes for an order line.
The closest thing we can find is in OEP55A, the order line audit table. Even here, though, we are struggling because there don't appear to be pick note sequence numbers (as there are with despatch notes) for part-fulfilled orders. We would have to look at the programs used (OE340P & OE125) and somehow create sequences, etc. It can all get very messy.
Furthermore, the table is huge. We are trying to resolve this by purging, backing up, indexing, etc.
Is there an easier way to go about this? Any advice would be much appreciated.
--------------------------------------------------
Thanks,
Karim
