Hi All

We are on Aurora 1.2 and planning to upgrade to 2.4 and currently looking to
upgrade from a Power6 machine to a Power7.

System I retailers here are advising us to use Solid State Drives to get the
maximum I/O performance.
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/resources/ssd_ibmi.pdf

I would like to know if anyone has noticed any performance increase by
changing to solid state disks ?

Thank you for your time

Regards
Janith
