The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
It is probably the Sales History update job not being run.
2 options depending upon which version of the software you are using:-
1) Older versions - Invoice print runs it immediately, as part of its' job.
2) Newer versions - there is a separate option to update it.
The above is applicable if NO updates are going through at all.
If only "some" data is missing - please check Item Master File settings etc.
- as it can be switched on/off at that level.
