You are right, the prior versions were batch only. I am on 2.2.
We normally use the Print Immediate option at the end of entering a PO, we don't use the batch option that often.

Hudson,

Thanks for the feedback. I may have a version problem. I can only access PMR/31 and PMR/33 which are batch jobs
with no parameters. Which version are you on?

Guy

In both PMRUS/31 and PMRUS/33 you can enter in a specific PO# to release
and print.
Obviously you must know which specific PO# that you want to process.
Also, if it's an option in your business process you can Print the PO
immediately after it is entered, avoiding the batch process entirely.

Subject: [SYSTEM21] Purchase Order Management

Hi All!

Has anyone raised any issue about the 'New Orders (Audit prior to
release)' report?

We would like to be able to release one specific order at a time.
This is a batch
job releasing all confirmed orders. The user running this option is doing
so blindly
without knowing what orders are being released.

Same applies for 'Print Orders' where all released orders are printed at
the same time.

We would like if there is a workaround.

Rgds,
Guy
