The Age Analysis as of today could be generated by the standard reporting
options in AR & AP, using Overdue Aged Analysis, where the cutoff date can
be defined as Today.

1. ARE / 31 - Accounts Receivable Overdue analysis
2. APE / 11 - Accounts Payable Overdue analysis

Alternatively,

1. ARE / 32 - Accounts Receivable Aged Analysis Report
2. APE / 12 - Accounts Payable Aged Analysis Report

If you run today, without out changing any period related parameters, the
virtual AsOF Aged analysis could be obtained.

At last, you will have to write programs with Today's Date as the prompt.

My controller just asked if there was a way to produce "as-of" aging reports
from the SL and PL systems for prior periods. I am not as familiar with the
accounting systems as I am with some of the other modules. At this time I
am unable to establish that this capability exists. Does anyone know if
this is possible?

We are running System 21 Style v3.5.2.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Nope, don't think so. We had to write our own at that version.

I was afraid that was probably the case.

Thanks for your response.
