Are you an end-user or are you using this forum as a support structure so even though you know little of the product you can still charge your customers as a service?

Subject: [SYSTEM21] Order is completed but no stock movement

Dear all,

This machine order has been processed 5 days before. The order has generated
an invoice and is complete but the movements are not showing in /INE option
4 and the machines have not moved across to the customers account in the
service module either. The order is not amendable as it is complete and none
of the items from it are outstanding.

What should be done to update the stock movement ? Please help.
