Or have a look at PDFcreator, also free :-)

to PDF

Hi

We don't use Navigator, is there an option to print to a printer (via
windows?)

If so have a look at a free bit of software.

http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

Just install it, hit print (in windows) and choose the CutePDF printer.

We've used it to print from excel, word etc and it works a treat but
doesn't seem to handle graphics very well, not that it's a problem with
an AS400 output.

:-)

Subject: [SYSTEM21] Using IBM Navigator to change printer output to PDF

HI there,

I noticed that on ibm navigator there is an option to convert a printer
output to pdf but when I try to do this it tells me that I have no
printer that supports conversion to pdf.

How do I set up such a printer, and does it cost extra money in terms of
licences etc?

Thanks,
Kate Healy
