This is a common problem for sites that use the Future 3 to S/21 interface... This interface was developed by the Novi office back in the mid-90's...

If you go to the /F30 menu and manually run the JBA side of the
INVENTORY interface you will want to look at the report that is generated...
If you find any shippers "stuck there" that could be one cause... (There are two possible reports... One from the F3 side when the shippers is extracted and one from the JBA side when the inventory is supposed to be relieved from INP95/96...)

The other gotcha in that interface is that "Net Zero" invoices (Credit and debit for same amount on one invoice) do not
process from Future 3 through to the JBA A/R side of the interface...
They simply get dropped... This has no impact on recording inventory movements but I wanted to mention it.

Keep in mind that there are three pipelines from Future 3 to JBA:
1.) Inventory movements from shippers
2.) A/R invoices from the F3 Invoices
3.) MRP demand (JBA Sales Orders) from F3 Create MRP requirements...

Inventory is only updated for the #1.) Inventory pipeline...

If something gets stuck/clogged in the pipeline you will see it on the error report...
Most of the time the users do not look at these reports 'cause they run automatically when shippers are extracted...

It's a bit involved and not easy for the uninitiated to grasp all of the moving parts... The errors are not always easy to solve once you find them either...

We seem to have an issue where some of our invoices/shippers are not
showing up in stock movements in JBA. I made sure we didn't have any "99"
file locks that may have been causing the problem. Has anyone ever had
this happen and if so what did you do to correct the issue?
