Hi G4
We completed this recently, but not as single-step.
Our logistics co. scans the item at pick-up from our production warehouse,
and they send us a file containing the info. When it arrives at their
warehouse, they scan the item(s) again and the transaction is then matched
and the transfer completed.
Regards
Kit

Subject: [SYSTEM21] Single Step Transfer in Batch - IN079 / IN081
Good afternoon,
I will be looking at using the GEAC's Single Step Transfer function
(IN079 / IN081) to process batches of transfers. The general idea at
this stage is that I will have a file containing all the stock transfers
(Stockrooms + Locations) which will be read sequentially and each
transfer will be processed by a "batch" version on IN079 / IN081.
Has anybody attempted something similar?
Best regards,
G4.
