You need to know the Module (IN, GL, etc) and the Task. I will use
5/INM in my example. I obtain this by STRM400, 5 Application Manager, 4
Maintain Menu, enter menu name (INM) & environment (if use) and F8 to
display the "Maintain Menu - Operations" screen.

Paging down the list I find "O" and "05" for Option 05. You need at
least ID and Code (task) = "IN", "1250" in my case. This
application/task represents 5/INM. Exit without updating.

Using the next option 5 Operation Inquiry, select 3 for Job History, you
will have 3 options: 1. Current Jobs, 2. Archived Jobs, 3. Flexible
Inquiry. Use 3 Flexible Inquiry for any current or un-archived requests
and 2 Archived if the data is archived. If archived, use a 5 to create
an access path for the data first.

The final step is the actual query itself. You have MANY options and
ranges to limit your search: Company, Users, dates, etc. Application is
really necessary because the applications share the same task numbers.

This is not an audit trail of changes but it is irrefutable proof of
what options users select. Be sure to read into each line of the
inquiry as it will state if the job was completed or cancelled.

Can somebody please explain how exactly do you check this using STRM400?
