Try APG79PHY *FILE PF-DTA Record Lock File in IPGAMF4
library to unlock record.
And you should be able to change by doing F20 (Application Mgr Jobs)
after selecting the job you want to change.

I went into Machine Manager and tried to made a change to the job
schedule. I tried changing the request data portion of the job. I
received an error telling me that the seq# & time already existed. Now
when I try to go back in, I get the message "another user already
performing function or has locked required objects".
Two questions, What file contains the locking file flag? And, for the
scheduled job I'm just trying to change the user name it's going to.
The user currently setup no longer works for the company. How can I do
that?
