I am having a problem with ending the background DY Processor and taking down the DY subsystem in an overnight scheduled job.
Terminate job is submitted and a record is written to DYP10 to indicate terminate (CONO equals *HIVAL) and the DY job does terminate ok.
BUT the 'end' record is left behind in DYP10, so next time the Start job is called it reads this record and terminates immediately.
Looks to me like the DY subsystem is ending before the DY050 job has completed properly. I have a delay of 60 on the DY050 job, and a delay of 300 on the ENDSBS, so I'm perplexed.
Testing the end job without the ENDSBS does work ok!!
Any advice will be much appreciated.
Cheers
Glen
