I am not sure this really needs an Audit file, apart from to tell WHO changed a Rate.
If you change a Rate then the old record gets an expiry date and a new record is written with the correct start date - so a complete history is held.
As to WHO changed a Rate, then I guess Barbara is correct and very few people have access to this option.

the currency rate file.
They must figure this maintenance program is highly restricted so only 1
or 2 users have access as it should be.
