Why would the error message "Cannot amend lines with zero
quantity outstanding unless a blanket order" be displayed? The PO is
definitely a blanket one. I heard one explanation that the line item was
completely received and matched. But blanket PO line items are
completely on a regular basis received and matched. What could be so
different about this particular line item? Please advice.
