That is a tough one.You could have financials at one level, Distribution and another and manufacturing at yet another...although that is unlikely.It is not an exact science, is what I am trying to say. The best suggestion I can give is to do a runqry over PTP50 in OSLPTF1 library and each PTF applied will have the version as part of the description. The PTF library name is made up as follows:

xxyyvvnnnn

xx is almost always P#
yy is the 2 character application code
vv will contain either the version number..V1, V3, etc or C1 if it was a cummulative / consolidated PTF
nnnn is the numerical sequence.

If you look at the last xxyy for each, you should get the description of the last PTF installed and from that desciption it will state the version Vx.y.z

There may be another way of getting this via the PTFOWNER user profile, but this is as good a way as any that I know.
