The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Yes we have. I agree with your concerns about their methodoly but it
does seem typical Infor/Geac approach.
So far I have put them off as we're in the middle of upgrading to Aurora
