We are under maintenance. In January, 2007 our System Administrator
used Answerlink to request codes for disaster recovery testing. Infor
provided us the license codes for each of our modules, but for a limited
number of users.
Regards,
Bob Plunkett

We are interested in what other companies have worked out with Infor to
get license codes when/if System 21 is loaded on another server for
disaster recovery (even testing). Would like to hear both from
companies on maintenance and companies not on maintenance.
