I would just run a simple query over the msp04 file.
You may wish to group the items by PGMN from INP35

On the Production Item Master file there are two fields MINQ04 & MAXQ04
which I believe are used by MRP/MPS for calculating suggested order
quantities for MRP/MPS reports (providing the item order policy is set
correctly).
Does anybody know of any reports that output those fields ?
