Ad-hoc is a way of making a payment to a single vendor rarther than using
the payment cycle. It places the payment in CM for.
cutting the cheque. This is different to manual payments where you are
simply recording a payment after the fact.

The customs invoice is a tax only invoice to do with duties incurred on
imports.
