Mon, you didn't specify Due Date.   
MPS will Plan the Item by Due Date in the Planning period.  Per The
Documentation:
Sales orders are selected for inclusion in the MPS run, where:
*       The order status is blank.
*       An outstanding quantity is present.
*       The due date is within the MPS review dates.
*       The warehouse/depot location is defined to the MPS model.
