Enterprise Content Management/Paperless Process Management (imaging, process flow, retention)

We are considering implementing an imaging system, which will include
process flow and document retention, starting with our A/P department.
I would appreciate any comments from anyone that is using or has looked
at any of the variety of these systems that are available.  I'm
particularly interested in comments about network based systems like
Alchemy or On Base or iSeries based systems like RVI or Quadrants
IntelliChief.
