Hi all

As SLP15 has a zero event number, it means that the Item Update program,
SL190 has not been run the session & as they are just OE sessions, there
must be a problem around OE140.

SL190 program reads through the SLP15 for zero event items, creates SLP20
and updates the dataq

Rebuilding the dataq will only set the sessions to either Processed or
Cancelled (as there are no SLP20 records)

The subsystems update the balances using SLP20 records not SLP15, so just
rebuilding the dataq will do nothing.

Re: [SYSTEM21] 6/ARE

Very simply, a status of 'F' means Finished but not updated. This
means
the updates have not yet been performed. Possible reasons:

   Subsystem is not running
No update job running in the subsystem
Subsystem job has a message wait
No record on data queue for the session
Library list for background job is incorrect

I once witnessed a situation where live was set up correct but the test
subsystem was not. Occassionally the test system read records from the
live data queue, removing the record, but then of course could not
process
it. Stopping the test job (and later fixing it) and then rebuilding
the
   data queue fixed this.
