To answer what I believe is your true question; there is no "exploded" BOM
file in System 21 (we created a program to create this on a daily basis).


Here are the main files: 
- OSLPDF3/MSP05 contains the costs by Route, Cost Set (blank) and Process
group.   
- OSLPDF3/MSP04 (or MSP20) contains the (cost) Route (CSTR04)
- OSLPDF3/MSP28 contains the BOM by effective dates, un-exploded.
