Run option 13/GLA Suspended Journals to see if associated references show
up.  

A suspended journal can be accessed (completed) by using 1/GLP with the
journal's reference number (from 13/GLA).  

If this doesn't work, the files affected are FLP007, FLP008, FLP16/FLP25
(logical SESSION) as long as field UPDNOG<0.

I have a user at one of our plant locations that was in 1/GLP (Journal 
Processing) when her connection to our system at the main office was lost. 
 Now when she goes back in to that option to try and complete it tells her 
the transaction has already been entered.

Is there a way to just delete the session and have her start out fresh? 
Right now the j/e is not complete and is out of balance.
