I had a couple of clients using it. The one limitation that I remember is that if you use the requisition approval functions - there are no multi-level approvals - i.e., if the $ to spend requires my boss and my boss's boss to approve, you can only send it to just the one person that has the appropriate spending level authority. This means that it could skip my boss and go directly to his boss. Most organizations want the approval at all required levels. Greetings System 21 users: We are looking for a way to eliminate hand-written requisitions for MRO (non-inventory item) orders. Is anyone using the System 21 requisitioning application to perform this task? If so, was the ability to enter requisitions deployed to any/all your users or just to a select group of users? If not, what/how do you handle these types of requisitions? Your input is greatly appreciated.
