I am fairly certain that if that item still is set up and linked with a price to a customer and still housed in the stockroom that it is being shipped from that you are able to ship that part. What we have done is delete the item from the pricing structure and remove the item from the stockroom. We sometimes will get the item back to us as a "Service item" so we do not totally delete that item. In JBA (3.5.2) is it possible to ship parts against part numbers that are marked for deletion? Can somebody answer this for me?
