I have received a request from one of my plant people regarding deleted 
workstations.  On the manufacturing side they are deleting workstations 
and they continue to show up on all reports even thought they are marked

deleted.  Are there any options available to not show deleted records?
Or 
can someone point me to a file and field I can use to omit deleted 
workstations from being included on reports?
