PIND02 is set in Order Entry Amendment and (used to?) control whether the
PO is printed.  In the current version of Style, I think they have changed
it so you can select the PO's you want to print, so it may be redundant.

The meanings of the field values are as follows:

   1=New Order (print required)
   2=Printed for the first time (set after the PO has been printed)
   3=Re-Print required (set when an order is selected for printing in PO
   Amendment)
   4=Reprinted (set after the PO has been printed).
