Charlie I have worked with a couple of companies that are using JBA's DRP solution. It works ok for environments without too much complexity and the stock forecast functionality has proven useful. Without endorsing any particular solution, I have also seen Infor's MLE forecasting and planning tool. This appears to be a good solution for more complicated DRP situations since more tailoring of the planning cycle is provided. However, I would not suggest MLE for a manufacturing company since the software only supports a single level bill of material. Is there a particular business problem you are trying to handle? Is anyone using JBA's DRP solution? What about non-JBA solutions like Demand Solutions? Thanks.
