We found that it was not part of standard functionality at 3.5.2 sp2 we 
had to wrote a mod to calculate and apply surcharges.

[SYSTEM21] Sales Order % Surcharge






I'm after a method of charging customers a percentage surcharge against
a sales order. If I use SUNC I can charge a specific amount but want to
be able to charge a percent against the order value if possible. Any
ideas, theories would be appreciated (using standard functionality if
possible 3.5.2.sp3)
