Hi we are investigating the possibility of setting up new branch offices in Spain & Portugal. The intention would be to create these each as a seperate Company within S/21. I wondered if anyone had any information about specific legal or fiscal requirements for these 2 countries? I have looked through what documentation I have, but it doesn't address localisation in much detail. I have already seen when setting up a test Company with country Spain, that it switches on Year-End Journals (documented) and also asks for a Number Of Journal Books (cannot find any documentation).
