They went to the /CSP (Cash Management Processing) menu and did #13 (Journal receipts) & #14 (Bank to bank transfers). When they do an item inquiry (CS101), they have a G/L session number but the status shows as Confirmed - To Be Posted. Can anyone help me? This needs to be done before monthend tomorrow.
