Didn't want to go around plugging products (forum rules n all that), but the tool I know of is EZReorg. It googles, so you can easily find it out on the web. There is a trial available so the cost may be justifiable if you try it and like it. And no.. I'm not affiliated, but I was impressed when I was told the mechanics of it. Why do you only reorg once per year? We do all our PF libs, including the IPG**F4 libs, weekly via CLP in MM run for Sunday night. Takes around 40 mins per week and cleans up, on average, over 3 million deleted records per week. The bulk of these are from S21 work files, MRP and some largeish DRP runs as well as some bespoke addins we utilise. I couldn't imagine maintaining these records for any longer than a week.
