But seriously there were 3 main areas we had to deal with: Documented procedures Change management - Implemented a piece of software called Turnover Security - instructed to go to level 40 - We got all of our software vendors involved to ensure that we had as few glitches as possible when we made the change. A lot of time and a lot of money had to be spent to ensure compliance, but we do feel we have benefitted, especially with the Change Management implementation.
