Hi Ralph, We consolidate orders into 1 invoice, but we usually only have 1 delivery sequence per customer. But it should work for all. You have to set up customer in sales details to consolidate by Day, Week or Period. And each delivery sequence should point to the same cust number at IN Addr., on the delivery sequence screen. Seq 000 must also be set up as consolidated customer in sales details. The problem is we used option Day, but the invoice will not print until the next system date which tells the program the date has changed. So we had a mod made to do "By Request" Meaning we could despatch several orders and then decide to close the invoice by printing it. Once printed next orders despatched for same customer would be on a new invoice. Another problem is overriding delivery address does not work. But you can override the invoice address and that would not be merged into consolidated invoice. Other problems like you can't UPDDTA on certain files as order field is blank instead of Zeros or number. And invoice print does not show any delivery address even if you consolidate by seq. But with all the problems, consolidation has cut down on our paperwork, invoice numbers and transactions in files. By the way was Phantom at the JBA User conference a few years ago? Hi. I have a situation with a customer who would like to have one invoice for all delivery sequence. Has anyone done this and what parameters do I need to setup to do this and get it to work correctly. Is there any program modifications I need to do as well. We are currently running R 3.52. Regards.
