Fw: System21 and Advanced Job scheduler

Oops!  Having a bit of trouble with stopping CHGCMD being intelligent. 
This will do the trick a bit better:

CHGCMD CMD(EXCAMTASK) HLPPNLGRP(IPGAMD4/EXCAMTASKH) HLPID(EXCAMTASK)
