Have you tried using the JBA InfoBase, available FOC from GEAC. It oftenprovides better help/assistance than the traditional manuals

Hello All,

I have a user who is trying to do an Item Booking reversal for an Item. He
gets the error message "You cannot reverse more than has already been
issued".

When he does this function for another part it works ok.  When I try this
function and try to reverse an amount less than what is in stock for this
item, I get the error also.  Are they any other things I can check?

As I am new to JBA (never worked with it before), any help that could be
provided by anyone would be greatly appreciated.
