Hi Rose, We have used a few different brands of 132 and 80 column dot matrix off the 400. We simply use an HP Jetdirect external print server. Be careful though, some of the smaller models didn't allow for them to be set up as a device on the 400 and therefore had to be created as a remote OUTQ with subsequent lack of control.
