Hi.. I have been implementing inventory and warehouse module in my company for more than 3 years... This is typical problem, which ussually come from 2 possiblities: 1. User did not completely confirm the put away list. This you need to force user to frequenly check the outstanding put away list 2. User did not completely confirm the pick list. The same case of point no. 1 To give easier user to trace which list that still outstanding we provide a tool that download all outstanding put away/pick list. This tool basically is looking up to the WHP75 and WHP77 and find out which transaction is still uncompleted The other enhanchment that we also have done to overcome this case, to provide more accurate warehouse - inventory records and to provide warehouse activity at speed is by totally modify the material issueing, since the original issueing process from S21 is to conplecated for end user and unflexible as we have to completely register all the material within the picklist.
