Purchase Order Headers missing

Anyone come across this gem?

We have 2 Vendor Scheduled  Purchase Orders with no headers. There is activity 
on the orders (receipts/invoicing) so the headers must have been around at some 
point. Interestingly- they are tried to the same contract/supplier but were 
created a week apart.
