RE: SOP interface - AIP51

Hi Neil,

The only fields you need to populate in addition to din151, din251, din351
and din451 are cdac50, cuso51, unqe51, ttyp51 and usgc51.  I don't believe
any of the other fields are used.  Cdac50, cuso51 and unqe51 should be
populated with the same values as AIP50. Ttyp51 and usgc51 should be
populated with the values you want in INP40 such as 'O' and 'E'
respectively.

The only issue I seem to remember is that there is/was a bug in OEI525 when
it converted text from the 40 character fields in AIP51 to the 36 character
fields in INP40.
