UK eGovernment submissions for Inland Reveue year-end returns

Has anyone implemented the Geac solution to sending Inland Revenue
submissions by the Internet yet? If not, is anyone trying this year? I'm
not clear from the supplied documentation how you organise submissions
for multiple companies, some with multiple payrolls, and where each
company has a different tax office reference.  Any help appreciated.
