Hello Neil,

Some suggestions:

Make sure that AIP50/FLGN50 is "1" or "N"
The document type ORDERS should be set up. Add 850 as an order document if
you are using X12. Setup is found in menu AI.
The trading partner should be set up as active for ORDERS documents,
maintenance also found in an option in menu AI.

I hope this helps.

Teresa

Hi Neil.

I have been in the same scenario. I can suggest.

1. Make sure all your files and controls necessary to process the data are
setup correctly. e.g SLP05, INP35, INP60, APP25 etc.

2. The files you need to populate at minimum might be AIP50, AIP52, AIP55,
possibly AIP91 if applicable.

3. You can query your results in file AIPWD for more detail.

I had the exact same issue and with a bit of trial and error I got the
orders processed.

Ralph.

the job runs but reports no Valid orders and no Invalid orders!

or maybe pass on samples of data that works?
