I'm "cleaning up" disk space on our system and noticed that our ICF04PHY (Application Details) file has about 11,000,000 records in it! Is there some cleanup process that is supposed to be run periodically to keep it reorg'd with only current information (i.e. say information from just this year)? Any harm in using SQL to delete "old" records.

I also noticed similar counts in APG99PHY.
