Change System for test env. -- SYSTEM21

Hi,

When I try to start the subsytems (PLBACK3 / GLBACK3 / etc) for our TEST env. 
using the appr. menu options, they all point to our live subsystems, 

How can I change the substem that will be started, I do have seperate substems 
availible like PLBACK3TST
