Alternative Support and the old cynics

Thanks to any who got back to me with details of their support, no thanks to the cynical bunch of regulars who doubted a genuine question.

I see your point on how this forum can be abused BUT....
I hope you can appreciate companies like to keep their cards close to their chest and not blurt out to all and sundry they are looking at alternatives to their major software supplier.
Its obvious Geac read these posts. I'd rather be in a position to contact them if I have viable alternatives.
