Neil, Can I assume you have the century indicator eg 10410???? Regards Michael Berman (m) 0419 324 558 -----Original Message----- From: system21-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:system21-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Neil Thursby Sent: Thursday, 5 February 2004 1:32 AM To: System 21 Users Subject: [SYSTEM21] AR Interface & period control We are struggling with posting Invoices from an external system into S21 at the beginning of each month; For example; our external system produces an Invoice on 1st October. This is placed in SLPI0, and SLPI1. The Sales Ledger is still in period 09 and if we write that value in the period field, the posting goes to that period. However, we require that posting to go to period 10 and if I put that value in the period field, the SL interface flags this as an error. (Strangely, the PL interface seems to allow this.) Does anyone have any advice please? Neil. _____________________________________________________________________ This transmission and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the named addressee (s).
